Palestinian succumbs to wounds sustained on Friday Gaza protests

More than 305 protesters have been killed since start of protests on 30 March 2018.

Palestinian youth identified as Baderiddin Musa abu-Musa, 25, who sustained serious wounds on Friday Gaza protests, succumbed to his wounds today morning.

The youth, from the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis, was shot with a live bullet in the chest during the 72nd Friday of the protests of the Great March or Return.

During this Friday protests, at least 75 protesters were wounded, inclduign 42 hit with live bullets.

Since the Gaza rallies began in March last year, nearly 305 protesters have been martyred and thousands more wounded by Israeli troops deployed near the buffer zone.

Demonstrators demand an end to Israel’s 12-year blockade of the Gaza Strip, which has shattered the coastal enclave’s economy and deprived its two million inhabitants of many basic amenities.
